Rosholt Care Center is a 50 bed Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing Facility located in the very Northeast corner of beautiful South Dakota. Our service area includes South Dakota, Minnesota and North Dakota.

This vision was to provide a "home" of quality care to community members and people of the surrounding area for many generations to come.
